  • Challenge

    In the spring of 2014, the U-M Arts Consortium launched “UpSTART,” an arts festival to promote the culture of the arts at U-M. They came to Michigan Creative and asked us to develop and implement a coordinated marketing campaign to promote the first festival and build an enduring creative identity.

  • Solution

    Working with a tight budget and a challenging deadline, MC created, researched and wrote a complete marketing and social media plan, which included posters, banners, T-shirts for performers to wear, buttons, Diag boards, lightpole banners and Record and Daily ads (including a special NCAA-section in the Daily) and Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest campaigns.
