Challenge
The OUA website is a heavily trafficked website that must provide a wide variety of information and tools for several key audiences. There were a number of issues on the old website that needed to be improved—navigating the site was difficult, it was not mobile-friendly and the look and feel did not utilize the new brand standards.

Solution
Michigan Creative began by conducting research, facilitating focus groups, and coordinating remotely moderated clickable prototype testing. Site usability was improved through new search functionality, a simplified navigation, integrated social media features and a refined “Find Your Counselor” feature. Since the new site went live, OUA had 9 percent fewer calls to their call center over the same period the prior year.
