Challenge
In 2013, after a website assessment by Nomensa UX, CaMLA began identifying ways user experience could be improved. Determining that significant changes were necessary, CaMLA decided to proceed with a full website redesign.

Solution
CaMLA partnered with MC to develop a responsive, CMS-based site. Goals included creating a more marketable online content strategy; improving site usability and navigation, providing a clear path for multiple audiences; moving to a CMS that will facilitate ease of updating; and delivering an easy-to-use secure content area for test centers. The new responsive website utilizes the WordPress CMS, and custom functionality, including e-commerce.
