A Case Study

The Division of Public Safety & Security (DPSS) hired Michigan Creative to evaluate how they communicate and provide information through their website, social media accounts and app.

Helping DPSS better reach audiences online

Michigan Creative gathered insights and provided recommendations based upon input gathered through an expert website analysis, faculty, staff and community surveys and focus groups. DPSS is currently using these insights to update and improve their website and apps and developing a new marketing campaign for the U-M community to increase awareness of their services.

Project Goals

Identify the strengths of the DPSS website, mobile app, and social media channels
Make recommendations for usability, accessibility, and informational improvements
Help increase transparency around DPSS data, structure and its divisions through its digital properties
