Precision Health at the University of Michigan seeks to revolutionize health care by developing more effective methods across the spectrum—from discovery and prevention to treatment and implementation. To support this mission, Michigan Creative designed and installed innovative display and signage graphics in their new office space, aimed at elevating their visibility within the university, among their academic peers and in the wider community.
When it was time for Precision Health to move into its new office space at the North Campus Research Complex (NCRC), Michigan Creative designed display graphics and wayfinding signage that extended its overall brand and messaging to its physical spaces. Through strategic placement and visual content, the new signage and graphics communicate the essence of Precision Health’s groundbreaking research and collaborative spirit.
The primary challenge was twofold: first, to concisely and effectively communicate the complex, interdisciplinary work of Precision Health to a diverse audience, including students, faculty, staff and visitors; and second, to develop a visual identity through signage that resonated with the initiative’s innovative and future-focused mission while fitting seamlessly within the academic context of the University of Michigan.
